Methyl MQ silicone resin is a kind of Si-O based cubic solid (nonlinearity) new style silicone material, structural formula as follows;

[(CH3)3SiO1/2]a[SiO4/2]b, in which [(CH3)3SiO1/2] is M and [SiO4/2] is Q, according to the different ratio of M and Q, the character, specification, and application will shows difference.

Application:

1. Methyl MQ silicone resin as a basic raw material,can be used for making defoamer, foam stabilizer

2. Used for the enhancement of LED Glue

3. Improve, regulate pressure-sensitive adhesive’s stripping resistance, thus can be used as regulator of stripping resistance, and used for making pressure sensitive adhesive tape, etc.

4. Used for make release agent for varieties of materials.

5. It can be as tackifier when the inorganic material and organic material bonding.

6. Used as a reinforcing agent in silicone rubber, the reinforced silicone rubber is colorless and transparent , with high mechanical strength.

7. Used for making high-temperature resistant coating, and insulation,conection,seal of H grade machine.

8. Used for making various kinds of waterproof coating, it ‘s the ideal material to make daily chemical industry such as lipstick, etc.
