I.functional characteristics

ASA is a kind of high efficient reactive neutral sizing agent,high reactivity,easier to form ester bond with fiber, don't need heat treatment or cure time after the paper machine.Low friction coefficient of ASA,not easy to induce sheet sliding, suitable for high speed paper machine. It is suitable for hard-sizing which mainly is waste paper and high-grade culture paper.System factors is small and sizing cost is lower.

III.Method of usage

ASA usually use starch or Polymer as emulsifier, can form effective and stable emulsion by automatic control of emulsification equipment, added to the appropriate addition point, to provide efficient and adjust the sizing value for the paper.The dosage is about 1-3 kg/ton of paper. We can supply a complete set of the Automatic continuous dosing device, and supply a complete set of corresponding technical services.

IV.Storage and package

1.Storage:The product should be placed in dry room, the temperature is between 10 ℃ and 35 ℃.The moisture and inoisture are forbidden in the room, keep dry. The best shelf life is 6 months, advising clients to use up within six months.
