I.The product description and application

This product(CPAM) is a kind of copolymerized by cationic monomer and acrylamide,is a water-soluble and linear organic polymer with high molecular weight.

III.Application

As a flocculating agent,mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process,including settlement,clarification,concentrate and sludge dewatering processes.The mainapplications sectors are: urban sewage treatment,paper making, food  processing, petrochemical,

metallurgical,miner dressing,dyeing,sugar making and all kinds o industrial wastewater treatment,In the paper industry,used as dry strength agents,retention agents,and filter aids,which can greatly improve paper quality,save cost and improve the production capacity.For the past few years,used as the chemical material in oil field,such as the anti-clayswelling agent,acidifingdensifier,etc.

IV.Use mothed

1.First,dissolve powder product into concentration is about 0.3-0.5% aqueous solution as a store(When diluted, please slowly to add,products should be added in the extreme flow; or use automation equipment , the best add time is within10min). Before joining point, should use 5 to 10 times of water  to dilute, the water temperature control between 20 to 40 ℃

2.The product usually add before head box, dosage is about 150-350g/ton paper. In order to obtain excellent results, we suggest to add this product after the pressure screen, it can ensures that the flocculation body by minimum shear force.

V.Package & Storage

Package:This product packed with 20 kg bags or 750 kg bags

Storage:Can be stored some years.This product is very satiny if touched with water, Product should be stored in a cool and dry place.Dissolved goods can hold 5 to 7 days. As a solution can be directly used, storage time suggest that not more than 24 hours.
